my school is obviously never going to live up to professional theatre, but I feel like they do pretty well in terms of school productions
reduced shakespeare was absolutely A+ though

Our drama department had $3000 a few years ago but we didn't have a drama teacher so the administration thought there wouldn't be a drama club and all the money disappeared ((they probably put it into athletics CUZ that's all they care about)) but now we asked for it back and they won't give it

Every other school in the county has their own separate auditorium and ours is a gymnatorium which is freakin retarded
So now we have to save up money ourselves from like fundraising and stuff

AND NOW MYSELF AND THE REST OF THE CREW AND CAST HAVE GOT TO DEVOTE OUR TIME TO CREATING FUNDRAISERS THAT MAY OR MAY NOT BE APPROVED BY THE BOARD ALL BECAUSE SOME GREEDY ATHLETIC DIRECTOR THOUGHT THAT DRAMA WAS LESS IMPORTANT THAN SPORTS
