If you've ever wondered what the mind of an eating disordered person goes through, those are the books to read. Letting Ana Go is in a diary format, and Wintergirls is in a narrative. Wintergirls I can link you to if anyone is interested, but Letting Ana Go you'd have to buy. But trust me, it's so worth each penny.

I'm going to have to read these when I get the time! My brother used to struggle with anorexia and I feel like these would give me some insight on how he was feeling. Thanks for posting these:)

No problem. Honestly, if you really want to understand it the best I'd read Letting Ana Go. It's almost surreal, but I promise that the moment you finish it you'll be hugging him so tight.
