trust me, I spent a while worrying about whether I'd ever have to label myself or not because I never wanted to, and it stressed me out for a long time before I realizes who even cares and now I'm just whateversexual u feel
society puts too much construct into labels, and there are just so many out there that it can get sort of overwhelming, and then you have SPECTRUMS
like for instance in asexuality you could be asexual but hetero/homoromantic and you can like people but not want to touch their things, or like demisexual where you can only experience sexual attraction AFTER you've fallen in love with them, and then the classic asexual aromantic where everything is a no-go. If you find a side of the spectrum that fits you that's all good, but you honestly don't have to live your life under the influence of a label. It's fine for your sexuality to just be a big fat "idk idc" c:

but forreal omg like Cam said there is so much pressure on labels and putting yourself in a group in a box and just seeming like you have all your ducks in a row like everything is sorted into neat little folders but life is not like that no matter how much people want it to be!!! you don't need to know/label your sexuality or anything like that c:
attraction/love/yadadada that stuff is all very fluid and "liquid" if you will and it can literally change in a matter of time. iT'S GOT IT'S OWN MIND TBH

not but seriously yeah, and if you do want to label yourself and then decide you're not that sexuality at all, you DO have the right to switch. You can literally be asexual one day and bi the next and straight up gay next week, it really doesn't matter as long as you're happy with who you are.

But I think girls are hella cute and I love them too. Like, I'm drawn towards guys, but if a girl asked me out on a date i would probably say yes (no only if we don't mesh well together!). I also wouldn't have any problems dating someone that was nonbinary/genderfluid/etc. you don't need to put a label on what you are. just go with what you feel is right for you!  |
