um um um well it goes in circuits so
The first set is Running in place Jumping jacks This thing called the heisman A 1-2-3 heisman Butt kicks High knees Mummy kicks
You do each for 30 seconds then repeat 3 times!
And there are 2 other circuits but I can't remember which exercises are in them!!
