All I want is to get my sleeping schedule back on track, but it's 1 p.m. and I'm exhausted. Like I feel like my limbs are literally going to just fall off my body and my eyes are going to pop out of my head. I just want to curl up under the blankets and sleep for eternity.

Yeah, I sleep all day and stay up all night, and I can't find a job that accommodates that. xD Plus my aunt offered me a job, I just have to be awake during the day. xD

Yeah, I drink tons. xD It's just I try to stay up until at least sun down but it doesn't work. And unfortunately, neither do naps. Dx My bed is too cozy and I slip into a deep sleep really easily. I'd love to go nap on the couch because it's not THAT cozy, but my entire family spends all day every day in there.

aw I'm sorry I find that exercising a bit always keeps me awake and alert. maybe you could try walking around outside?
