I've been so unmotivated to do anything lately and it's making me really angry. I want to have energy and do lots of things and only lay down when I know I've accomplished something that day.
However, I always need a list or my mind feels cluttered and I can't do anything.
If I make one on paper, or make a list on my ipod, it doesn't work out because I can talk myself out of it. So I'm going to try to put it on here and tell myself that I can't post anymore until all the items are crossed out. They're hugely specific so that I feel like I can really get a lot done, and also because I sometimes half do things, like laundry.
Today's Chore List
Put laundry in washer
Put laundry in dryer
Fold laundry
Fold/put away towels
Clean desk
Clean both night stands
Clean out refrigerator
Make bed
Put blanket in washer
Put blanket in dryer
Put away tv tray
Clean top of refrigerator
Pick up items from floor
Tomorrow's Chore List
Clean closet
Put away clothes
Clean bookshelves
Clean bathroom
Sweep
Clean dresser
Clean stand next to dresser
Unpack tote
