my family came home

i was in my parents room watching dexter (because i dont have a tv) and my brother has friends over and immediately my family starts ripping on me because i said something """retarded""" and """i should know better""" like okay yeah sure i misspoke wow you dont need to do this

but then they started making fun of me for it ?? so i gave sass back and my little sister and older brother started being mean and laughing at me and my little brother has his friend in his room and they're our company like cant we act better when there are people over ??

then my MOM yells at me for giving sass to my dad and "talking back to him"

so i started crying because i was feeling really anxious around this time AND THEN MY MOM WAS LIKE "ERIN IM JUST MESSING WITH YOU"

NO MOM THERES A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "MESSING WITH ME" AND CONTINUOUSLY BEING MEAN WHEN I'M OBVIOUSLY UPSET

she tried to "make me feel better" by fake punching my sister really dramatically

and that only made me feel worse like idek

so when i retreated to my room (where im at rn) to cry in peace without them making fun of me for it my mom just yelled down to my dad (bc he was downatairs, where my
bedroom happens to be. we have a semi-big basement) that i'm "upset"

of course im frickin upset i've got anxiety and depression and really low self esteem

what do you think you just did, boost my confidence?
so now i cant stop crying
