my last sports banquet of high school. I got a nifty pin and a picture frame from my coach.
and my team voted me for the purple and gold award, which is like if they had to choose a person to send to the president to represent the squad and the sport they would choose me which is like a huge honor.
so yeah it was pretty fun, plus free food so yay.

i've done it for five years, but my school didn't offer competitive until this year, and it was a new, different sort of thing and we did a lot of things i had never done before but it was really fun.

it's a junkton of work though and really time consuming, i almost had to drop out of the musical because of it but thankfully it ended just in time for me to keep my role.

b/c like i love both theatre and cheer, they're both such big parts of my life that i couldn't imagine not having either one of them??? but like i've sort of accepted that cheer had to stop eventually but i want to act forever so i guess if it really came down to it i would have chosen the musical even if i only have an ensemble part.

i love both of those things
but i suck at both of them omg
i tried auditioning for a play once i giggled throughout the entire scene i had to read
and that was in like fifth grade so obviously i have matured since then lmao but it turned me off doing plays forever but they just always seemed so funnn and everyone became a family like wat
why is it that all the school things where people get really close at i am not good at so i do not get to experience it lmfao

i was in my first play when I was six years old, we did this silly thing about a girl whose class imitated her however she wore her hair so she told them she was going to shave her head bald and they all did it but she didnt and it was funny and then i played a deer in second grade and the empress in the emporor's new clothes and then in fifth grade I played George Frederick Handel which was kind of hard for a tiny soprano girl but i did it and then I took a break from it until like tenth grade but yeah it's my life i love it so so much.

omg ahh it just seems so fun!! it sucks im graduating this year i wish i could do my whole school life over i'd probably have a lot more fun now that i know what not to do during school lmao
