just curious, do you think sapiosexuality exists?
if you didn't know, sapiosexuality is being attracted to intelligence and is claimed by people who say they cannot physically be attracted to people unless they are intelligent
personally, i think that's a load of ableist crap. like saying you can't be attracted to someone just because they're not smart enough for you. because then you just live your life judging people based on their intelligence, often forgetting that everyone is intelligent in their own way. like a true sapiosexual who is attracted to all forms of intelligence could be attracted to anybody because everyone is intelligence, but that's not what sapiosexuals claim. they judge people off of their definition of intelligence and brush people aside when they don't meet the quota.
like, i get that certain kinds of intelligence can be a preference. you can prefer people who are super good at literature or science, but to claim that you can't be attracted to anyone else unless they possess such a quality is really freaking ableist.
