I've noticed that the way I wake up for work and the way I wake up for school are two completely different things.
I give myself the same amount of time to get ready for each. I get up 2 hours early so I can get stuff done and be fully awake by the time I have to be there.
School: Wake up, slowly get out of bed thinking about what to wear, what to pack for school, what classes I'm attending, what's due, ect. Spend a lot of time on the computer half getting ready for the first hour.
Work: Wake up, propell out of bed despite being still asleep. Grab tooth brush/paste, face wash and moisturizer and go to the bathroom, shower, and the whole time only think, "Don't think, just move. If you think, you'll end up back in bed. Rely on instincts." Dry hair just in time to have 30 minutes to get ready for work, put on comfy clothes and bare necessity of make up and make sure I have enough sodas packed.

I am DEFINITELY more energized and excited for work than I EVER was for school. I wake up about 2 hours early aswell, but I procrastinate so much and get on the computer that I usually wind up at work JUST on time or slightly before or a few minutes after LOL.
While sometimes I dislike work, I am always really excited to go to it and even on my worst work days, I still enjoy it more than I have school.
With school I'd wake up and have the hardest time trying to get myself to actually get out of bed and with work I force myself up and just feel a general WILLINGNESS to want to get up and it's crazy haha.

Yeah. xD I never really feel energized for work, though I wish I could. I LOVE my job but it's so exhausting. Today I literally had to climb on top of a washing machine to lift a 50 lb door by myself and pray I didn't fall onto the concrete floor. xD For me, waking up for work is literally lightning speed action of getting ready as fast as I can so I don't get the chance to doze off. xD

It surprises me the energy I have for work haha recently it's lagging a little and there are times I just feel super exhausted and don't want to get up and just don't feel READY if that makes sense? But like I said, STILL BETTER THAN SCHOOL HAHA. Lots less people I have to deal with than school, I think that's some of it I'm the type of person where once I wake up, I'm pretty much woken up for good. If I stay up for more than like 3 minutes after I wake up, it's hard to go back to sleep. blEH
