on wednesday and thursday i didnt work out because i was out of town and we shopped like all day both days (except we did go to a museum part of thursay)
and it was a lot of walking so i guess i wasnt EXTREMELY unhealthy
but still we ate out for almost every meal
and today omg i just went so hard on my workout i feel GOOD
and tomorrow i will be out of town shopping again so i will miss another workout ugh

it's okay to miss workouts!!! walking is a work out! don't feel bad about missing a few exercises. c:

that used to be me but then i started working out because my guidance counselor told me it would help with my depression and aw he was right : )
