you know, the college admissions system is screwed up and all that
but she got into cornell
so like, that only made me cry harder because it's like, I don't know why she's complaining about the admissions system for my sake because the system seemed to work out for her, and I know she's trying her best to cheer me up and here I am acting like a real jerk because it's not helping at all
and I don't know when I became one of those people
and I feel so dumb for brooding over this because it's just freaking college and at least I'm going to a college and everyone keeps saying that and I feel like I'm being such a horrible person towards her, she's such a good friend and she's supported me every step of the way which is a lot more than what most of my friends have been doing, so why am I still so upset???
