the forum me and others came from
was around for like a really long time like it was there during 2006
and it had a general forum like this where people would post selfies
and since 2006 was like the height of The Emo people would post such depressing titles to the threads with the selfies to be hardcore like
"and if you slit my throat, i'd use my last breath to apologize for bleeding on your shirt [+9 pictures]" and i always thought it was so COOL cause i was like 9 but i didnt have a camera to take pictures with and i was rly ugly then too so i was too scared to take pictures lmao

i was one of those scene kids
well on the inside i was we were too poor to buy out hot topic like every other scene kid could LOL so i just clung on to the few dark clothing i had

i didn't wear makeup in seventh grade either LOL and i didnt get my hair cut into a scene look so
i just pulled my "bangs" into the front of my face and looked like cousin itt you know whatever
i had one sweatshirt from hot topic but it was an XL while i wasnt even an XS but i wore it all the time whatever

and then i went on their website and it looked like any regular store lmao

i was pretty happy in that stage though lmao
it's funny cause my stage was in like seventh grade
and then i dimmed it down in eighth grade cause i was at a new school and was afraid i'd get bullied for dressing like that since it was a super small town lmao
and then high school came and i saw more people that dressed like that and it all came flooding back
then sophomore year i tried being a pop punk kid t o impress a guy i liked oh god
