It depends! When I'm about to go to sleep OR if I really want a day to stay inside and relax and be lazy, I LOVE it! BUT if I have plans or school, I don't like it because it makes me feel tired and puts me in a gloomy mood. And it especially makes me angry when I'm having a good hair day and the rain ruins it.
