I'm doing this thing over the summer at the hospital and one of the requirements is that you need to have like 8 different vaccines including 2 TB tests and the newest flu shot and I don't have those yet so I hafta get it today
I hate flu shots. The last one was like years ago and I haven't even gotten the flu like ever

I don't really mind shots but like the nerves leading up to a shot is horrible like 'wait I have to get a shot what why would you tell me that' and you expect it to be some kind of big shot and it's nothing LOL

AND THE nurse was like okay in 3...2.. And then I stopped her I was like don't count down just stick it in when I'm next expecting it

also i think when i got my shot she went to count down like 5..4.....3 and then just like stuck it in before 1 so i didn't realize and i was like wat
i think that's what the dude who pierced my nose did too LOL like he was like 'ready?' and i said yeah and he started counting down and did it before 1 so it's easier on you and you're like OH LOL

the dread from shots is awful but then it's a prick and it's like oh
but then for some reason i can never move my harm for a few hours after i got the shot lmao
and you know how the dentist uses needles to numb your mouth and stuff
i didn't even know they did until my friend told me
and from then on i decided to stop getting cavities
because afterwards i felt the needles
ooooh but go you volunteering at the hospital and serving ya community :DDD
i volunteered at the hospital for 2 summers
since i'm a really awkward and quiet person and i was with people i was uncomfortable with it wasn't a pleasant experience for me
i just made beds and watched some nurse-y things which was cool, but i mostly just stood there
but omg i had to wear a green polo and i have something against polos
and my mom bought me the ugliest pair of khakis i'd ever seen and i had to wear that for the 2 years i volunteered
they were seriously ugly
do not recommend
but i hope you have a fantastic time!!! your experience will probably be 1000x better than mine, especially since i didn't end up being very interested in medicine
