There are quite a few around were I live, to the point where we have SIGNS dedicated to their buggies.
I read this series as a tween about Amish kids like it was some kind of Christian series and her friends were Amish and the Amish boy had a crush on her so I always had this sort of fantasy romantic type bubble in my head when in reality the Amish really are pretty plain and I don't think I've been attracted to any I've seen LOL
I know a little tiny bit about the Amish culture WOO

the amish people I've met are so nice and humble and just I can really appreciate them u feel
like we'll go to the amish market and they'll always start conversations with us, and like usually I hate when strangers start talking to me because I tense up and it makes everything awkward, but idk I can talk with them pretty easily??
